About
Precise. Coordinated. Dependable.
SOKANTARA was founded in 2015 in Medan on one belief: the best building systems are the ones you never have to think about.
Since 2015
From the field to the model, and back to the field.
We began as an air-conditioning installation and maintenance team. Years on rooftops, in plant rooms and above ceilings taught us where projects usually fail: where disciplines meet.
So we brought BIM into our workflow. Today every HVAC and MEP system we deliver can be modelled and coordinated in Revit before installation — and installed by a team that understands the model.
Principles
Precise.
Dimensions, specifications and quantities we can stand behind.
Coordinated.
One model, one schedule, one point of accountability.
